11. Fees and Payments

Submitting an enquiry or early-access application does not create a payment obligation.

Any applicable fees, payment dates, taxes, third-party costs, recurring charges, or refund arrangements will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, order form, or service agreement.

You will not be charged merely because you submitted a website form or took part in an introductory discussion.

12. Website Availability and Changes

Nard may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, its content, a product preview, or an early-access opportunity.

Nard does not guarantee that:

• The website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Every error or technical issue will be corrected immediately.
• Every proposed product, feature, or integration will be released.
• Website content will always be complete or current.
• The website will be compatible with every device, browser, or third-party system.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the website, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

A failure or delay by Nard in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Nard will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet or utility failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, governmental actions, civil unrest, war, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
