Nard also records anonymous counts when selected website calls to action are used. These records contain only a fixed action identifier, the page path, the type of interaction, and a country code. They do not contain message contents, email addresses, telephone numbers, full destination URLs, query strings, cookies, or persistent user identifiers.

Where you communicate with Nard through a third-party platform, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, or another service, we may receive information associated with your account and communication.

Nard will not use confidential client information to train a general-purpose or shared artificial-intelligence model without the client's written permission.

Additional confidentiality, security, retention, and data-processing terms may be included in the relevant proposal, service agreement, or data-processing agreement.
